Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic insights on people strategies aligned to organizational goals. Manage complex employee relations cases, conduct thorough investigations, and guide line managers on performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Own the employee lifecycle, drive engagement programs, and build consultative relationships with global stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and HR operations. Collect and analyze HR metrics including attrition and engagement to develop data-driven solutions and present actionable insights via dashboards. Maintain regulatory compliance knowledge, resolve escalations, and optimize HR processes while partnering with Payroll and HRIS teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Well-versed with employment laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices
- Strong ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting diverse business units or matrix organizations is preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with HR analytics, reporting tools, and data storytelling
- High analytical ability with a focus on data-driven decision-making
