Job Summary
As HRBP, partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement across multiple locations. Lead performance management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives; address employee relations matters; ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations; analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and support workforce transformation. Requires MBA/PGDM in HR or related field and proven experience in HR partnering, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering combined with Talent Acquisition responsibilities
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence people-related decisions
- Experience managing workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and performance management programs
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution matters
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into business actions
- Strong understanding of organizational development, succession planning, and talent management practices
