Job Summary
HRBP role within Banking/Financial Services: act as strategic advisor to business leaders, drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with goals, lead end-to-end recruitment, support manpower forecasting, succession planning, and internal mobility. Lead performance management, drive culture-building efforts, address employee relations, ensure policy compliance, and provide data-driven HR insights to enable productivity and growth. Requires MBA/PGDM in HR and strong BA/PA partnership experience in BFSI, with capability to influence decisions and manage stakeholders across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering combined with Talent Acquisition responsibilities
- Experience managing workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and performance management programs
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Must be having experience in handling TA+ HRBP role with BFSI sector
