Job Summary
Conduct workplace investigations, provide coaching to supervisors on performance management, and interpret company policies to ensure fair application. Maintain accurate HRIS records, process employee status changes, and administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation. Partner with manufacturing leadership to develop workforce plans, analyze turnover and absenteeism metrics, and forecast hiring needs aligned with production goals. Support annual performance reviews, succession planning, and safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. Assist during organizational changes and present data-driven workforce analytics to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience conducting employee investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Experience coaching managers on performance management, corrective action, and leadership development
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, EEO, OSHA, and other employment regulations
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in HRIS platforms
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Employment eligibility will be verified at the time of hire

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Paycom a plus
