Job Summary

Partner with business leaders across China, Thailand, and Japan to provide strategic guidance on talent, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. Manage end-to-end regional mobility and expatriate programs, including international assignments, relocations, immigration support, and vendor coordination. Provide governance and oversight of payroll operations across countries, partnering with specialists and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. Leverage HR data and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement in the employee experience. This role requires onsite work five days a week. Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes
  • Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics
