Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary
Challenge and advise on business developments, strategy, and people-related issues. Act as an integrator among employees, the business, and the HR organization. Partner with internal and third-party recruiting teams to execute hiring plans. Coach managers through employee development, leadership succession planning, and conflict resolution. Proactively develop actions to enhance employee engagement and organizational climate. Oversee complex employee relations issues, including fact gathering, analysis, and performance improvement. Guide managers and employees through the annual HR program cycle, including performance management and salary planning. Drive organizational change, workforce planning, and design initiatives. Utilize HR data and analytics to support people and organizational decision-making. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborate on professional development workshops. Act as a credible sparring partner for senior managers and an advocate for employees. Gather metrics on headcount, turnover, and talent movement to provide analysis and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or related degree
- 8+ years of applicable HR experience
- Experience in a global, international fast paced (tech) organization
- Proven experience in leading and delivery of multiple projects and processes at the same time
- Strong emphasis on independence, ability to manage complexity and leadership development
- Must be resourceful with strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional and international teams
- Demonstrated people and team leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve results
- Able to build strong networks and effectively engage and manage stakeholders including the ability to drive, steer, convince and influence others
- Ability to determine strategies to move the organization forward, prioritize, set goals, and evaluate the process and results
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally at all levels of the organization
- Results driven- demonstrates ownership and accountability and delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
