Job Summary
Serve as the primary HR contact to Department Heads and Senior Leaders, providing and facilitating HR strategies and services while regularly delivering status updates to the HR Management team. Interact with all organizational levels to ensure timely delivery of HR services supporting business initiatives, and assist on special projects and new program development as needed. Manage multiple assignments concurrently within a matrix management environment, utilizing sound judgment to facilitate high-emotion meetings and balance HR practices with business needs.
