Job Summary
Detail-oriented HR Associate supporting daily HR operations for onboarding, employee records, background checks, orientations, and general administrative HR duties. Responsibilities include coordinating background/reference/pre-employment checks, preparing onboarding paperwork, maintaining HR documents, assisting with orientations and offboarding, providing HR support to the team, and aiding compliance tracking and HR projects. Requires 2+ years of admin/HR experience, strong communication and organization skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information. Scheduling is Monday–Friday with some weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or HR-related experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask effectively
- Must pass a 7-year background check and reference checks
