Job Summary
As a Human Resource Assistant Bilingual, you will act as an employee advocate and resource center for Blount’s employees, providing exceptional customer service and support to temporary staff. This role requires effective communication with various departments, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring timely support for operational requests.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six-Twelve months customer service-related experience and/or training
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven skills to build and manage relationships, collaborate, influence, and negotiate across all levels within an organization.
- Ability to be an empathetic, non-judgmental, confidential resource
