Human Resource Analyst

Job Summary
Administer the HRIS, update workflows, and manage employee data on the Group Identifier and Careers Tools while providing local helpdesk support. Prepare HR dashboards and reports on rewards, benefits, workforce planning, and talent management. Implement total reward schemes, coordinate wellness programs, and oversee staff insurance and medical covers. Monitor vendor performance, support performance appraisals and bonus reviews, and assist with HR projects, surveys, and audits. Manage the HR registry and communicate staff changes to employees. Handle highly confidential information and ensure accurate, timely reporting within budget guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field (preferably in Human Resource Management)
- Professional Certification in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution
- At least 3 years working experience in HR
- Superior MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
