Job Summary
The Human Resources Analyst will perform various HR functions including tracking workforce training and development, maintaining a training tracking system, analyzing training needs, scheduling training, and handling Human Resources database management. The role requires preparation of reports, staff correspondence, and managing awards program data. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with significant experience in business, including HR experience, or an Associate degree coupled with HR specialization.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years in business
- at least 1 year of HR experience
- Associate degree with 5 years’ experience specialized in HR
