Job Summary
HR Advisor in Leeds (Hybrid) offering UK employment policy guidance and employee-relations support. Provide advice to line managers and HR Business Partners on employee relations, ensure policies are followed, support HR projects, maintain case-management records, and coach managers on employee-relations activities in line with local employment law. CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) and strong knowledge of UK employment law are required. Role involves investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, and occasional UK travel. Based in our Leeds head office with a hybrid work pattern (office-based 3 days/week).
Required Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience in employee relations and managing cases from initial advice to full case management
- Experience with case management systems (benefit)
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach and support managers on employee relations activities
- Experience with investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and hearings
- Occasional UK travel may be required
