Job Summary
HR Administrative Specialist supports HR administration for IRC offices in New Jersey and New York, handling recruitment/onboarding, personnel files, time/attendance management, and orientation; acts as primary contact for interns, administers applicant tracking, ensures compliance with HR policies and state labor laws, coordinates HR initiatives, and supports special projects. Requires a bachelor’s-leaning degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of relevant experience; strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural skills; proficient with Microsoft Office; travel within the service delivery area is involved.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in office administration or human resources
