Job Summary

Design complex marine and defence systems with end users in mind by applying human factors, ergonomics, and human-centred design principles. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to identify user needs, evaluate design solutions, and support verification and validation activities throughout the system lifecycle. Improve usability, safety, accessibility, and operational effectiveness for the Royal Canadian Navy's future fleet of naval vessels. This role contributes to Fleetway's Transition to Service department by ensuring systems, equipment, workspaces, and processes are optimized for human performance.
