Job Summary
Analyze crew schedules using biomathematical models to assess fatigue risk and review fatigue reports to identify root causes and trends. Collaborate with Crew Planning to optimize schedules and improve rest periods while generating monthly reports and presenting insights to senior management. Monitor fatigue trends, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations to support audits. Deliver training sessions on fatigue management and support biometric data projects related to fatigue. Requires a degree in Engineering, minimum 4 years of aviation experience, and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Python. Fluent English and Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Aeronautical, Industrial, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation, safety, or data-driven operational roles
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Knowledge of fatigue risk management principles and aviation operations
- Structured and detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in Safety Management Systems or Human Factors
- Knowledge in Power BI, Tableau and Python
