Human Design Program Lead (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Lead the Human Design transformation practice within Kraken’s Human Design Team, serving senior client relationships (roughly 4 clients per portfolio) and acting as the single point of accountability for culture/ways of working transformations. Responsibilities include end-to-end involvement in new client pursuits, onboarding, and ongoing senior-client coaching (including C-suite leadership development programs); kick-start client discussions, set initial sprints (Line of Sight, culture surveys, Exec LDP), and liaise with Global Practice Leads to bring best practices into programs. Deliver in-depth knowledge across Human Design facets, manage portfolios across geographies, and foster trusted partnerships with executives. Requires excellent storytelling, facilitation, and communication skills, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a systems-thinking, human-led approach with a Paris-based requirement. Desirable prior experience in Energy/Utilities/Telco and a strong understanding of psychological safety, empowerment, growth mindset, and agile leadership; capability to connect human, organizational, and technology aspects in tech-enabled transformations.
