Job Summary

Human Capital Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, manage ATS/HRIS, conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate onboarding, ensure compliance documentation, maintain personnel files, complete annual training, and provide excellent internal/external service. Requires collaboration across HR processes, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Hybrid work arrangement in Miami, FL.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or psychology (completed or actively in-progress); or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related functions, specifically in exposure to talent acquisition, job descriptions, and general administrative support
  • Proficient Microsoft suite products; experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems; familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; organizational skills; ability to work independently and adapt to change
