Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards, reports, and analytical products for HR domains (e.g., headcount, attrition, recruiting, performance, compensation, mobility, workforce planning). Translate business questions into KPI definitions and actionable insights; apply visualization best practices and UX patterns. Develop and maintain dimensional data models (star/snowflake), conformed dimensions, and a governed semantic layer to enable self-service reporting. Collaborate with data engineering to extend data pipelines into the warehouse, perform data profiling/validation, and promote data quality. Use Generative AI tools to accelerate development (SQL/DAX scaffolding, documentation, test cases, dashboard narratives) and demonstrate foundational knowledge of modern AI concepts relevant to analytics (Agentic AI). Must have 3–6 years in BI development/analytics engineering, proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau, experience with data warehousing/governance, and strong analytical, communication, and agile collaboration skills.
