Human Capital Executive

Job Summary
The Human Capital Executive will support HR operations, maintain positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations in a unionized environment. Key responsibilities include assisting in daily HR management, managing employee relations, handling disciplinary processes, liaising with union representatives, monitoring attendance and leave, recruiting, onboarding, coordinating training, and preparing HR reports. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, be knowledgeable in labor legislation, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to manage confidential issues and work effectively under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a unionized or industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation
- Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters professionally
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
