Job Summary
Develop communications and change management materials for training programs while supporting and modifying SOPs for cohort management and participant outreach. Utilize Learning Management Systems to track programs and apply project management skills to collect meeting notes, track action items, and communicate progress to clients. Support workforce integration activities and data analysis to enable client workforce decisions. Requires an active Secret clearance, one year of project management experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary ranges from $74,000 to $124,000.
Required Qualifications
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- ONE (1) year experience in project management and presentation development
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel Required: Up to 10%
- Clearance Required: Active Secret
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field
- Currently possess one or more of the following certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP)
- Change Management certifications
