Human Capital Business Partner

Human Capital Business Partner drives HR initiatives at the site, advising and coordinating activities related to employee relations, health and safety, staffing, mobilization, skills development, succession planning, and other HR management duties. The role includes coaching the site management team, participating in management and employee committees, contributing to organizational development and performance initiatives, and promoting a positive health and safety culture. Responsibilities also cover monitoring regulatory impacts, ensuring compliant return-to-work decisions, and supporting continuous improvement in HR processes. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of Generalist experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, bilingual fluency in French and English, and strong AC/HR program proficiency. An asset: Certified HR professional and knowledge of Quebec requirements; proficiency with MS Office; willingness to engage in AI-assisted screening processes. Applicants should be prepared to work at the Sussex, NB location with in-person duties and collaborate across multiple teams.
