Conduct cleaning, vacuuming, and other household tasks to help clients maintain their homes independently. Involve clients in household activities while offering personal attention and listening support. Maintain a flexible schedule of 2–24 hours per week between 9:00 and 18:00, with on-call availability during holidays. Earn a rate of €15.07 per hour according to the VVT collective agreement, with annual increases up to €18.27, plus vacation pay, year-end bonus, pension contributions, and reimbursement for travel costs. Requires Dutch language proficiency, self-reliance, and personal transport.
