Job Summary
Deliver somatic care to clinically admitted clients within the mental health care context. Coordinate with primary treating physicians to align care plans and refer to internal or external specialists when necessary. Collaborate intensively with nurses, therapists, and other disciplines to ensure high-quality, patient-centered treatment. Actively contribute to the continuity and quality of somatic care while navigating complex situations and multiple stakeholders. Maintain independent organization and responsibility for your own work within a multidisciplinary team.
