Job Summary
Assist low- and moderate-income families with achieving and maintaining homeownership through homebuyer counseling, foreclosure prevention assistance, financial education, and homeownership classes. Complete related administrative tasks and conduct occasional evening or weekend presentations. Requires HUD certification, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in housing or real estate; bilingual skills are preferred. The position offers a primary Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule at a rate of $18.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on qualifications.
