Complete related administrative tasks and conduct occasional evening or weekend presentations. Requires HUD certification, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in housing or real estate; bilingual skills are preferred. The position offers a primary Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule at a rate of $18.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on qualifications.
