Job Summary
Plan Reviewer will review construction plans for HUD AEC projects, ensure coordination, accessibility design compliance with HUD requirements, assemble plan review letters, complete HUD forms (2326, 2331b, 92264, 92329), coordinate with Architects, Cost Analyst, lenders, and project team members, participate in project coordination meetings, assist with site inspections and data gathering, and help manage milestones and documentation within the HUD AEC process.
Required Qualifications
- ICC Certified Plans Examiner
- Accredited college coursework in Architecture; Electrical, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology; Public Safety, Fire Science, or a related area
- 3 years full-time experience in plan review (building and/or fire), design, engineering, inspections, building construction, ensuring procedures, materials, methods and specifications complied with fire and building codes, or related experience
