Job Summary
HubSpot Operations Specialist as the primary architect and gatekeeper of the CRM ecosystem. Owns database health, user governance, and complex process automations while ensuring seamless bi-directional integrations across core tech stack including Zendesk, Snowflake, Apollo, Twilio, and ConvertFlow. Collaborates with the CRM + Centre Of Excellence Lead and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data Engineering) to eliminate operational friction, optimize tool ROI, and build a high-performance CRM backbone that translates CRM data into actionable business insights to help commercial teams thrive.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HubSpot Administration experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment (supporting 100+ users preferred)
- HubSpot Administrator certification
- HubSpot Marketing/Sales Software certifications
- Proven track record of managing native and custom integrations, specifically with Zendesk and Snowflake (or similar data warehouses)
- Comfortable with mapping complex data schemas
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data flow logic
- Basic SQL knowledge is a major plus
- Experience in a FinTech or fast-scaling startup environment and/or in distributed teams is a plus
