HubSpot Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary
Manage ongoing client relationships using HubSpot as Marketing and/or CRM platform; design, configure, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations based on client operational needs; build and manage dashboards, reports, and process automations that give end-users real insight and control; maintain data integrity within HubSpot CRM—including imports, cleanup, and deduplication; provide hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to help clients maximize HubSpot; act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions; manage users, profiles, and permission sets (including Salesforce where applicable); produce clear documentation including process flows and high-level design specs; assist with data import/export and system customization as projects require; location options include Phoenix, AZ or anywhere in the USA, with remote work eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a professional setting
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, client-first mindset
