Job Summary
HubSpot CRM and Automation Specialist responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and health of our HubSpot portal. Key duties include managing HubSpot access and permissions (onboarding/offboarding), maintaining data integrity for properties, pipelines, associations, workflows, and integrations; supporting integrations with third-party tools; auditing assets for redundancy and data quality; providing first-line HubSpot support and triaging requests; escalating complex issues to the RevOps team; deploying and testing workflow logic, automation, and reporting; and maintaining internal documentation. Ideal candidates have hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, a solid understanding of HubSpot’s data model, a methodical troubleshooting approach, and English fluency; HubSpot certifications are a plus and experience with Operations Hub is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- Solid understanding of HubSpot's data model — contacts, companies, deals, associations, and custom objects
- Comfort working in an operational or technical capacity, with a focus on platform integrity
- Methodical troubleshooting — you ask good questions, document what you find, and communicate clearly about what you've done and why
- HubSpot certifications are a plus
- Fluent English, written and spoken
