Job Summary
HubSpot Specialist to implement and manage HubSpot across Marketing, Operations, and Sales hubs for nonprofits, associations, healthcare, and education clients. You’ll build and maintain workflows, automations, email campaigns, and lead scoring; create reporting and dashboards; ensure clean, reliable client data; support onboarding and migrations for new HubSpot clients; configure and troubleshoot integrations; build landing pages, forms, and CMS content; participate in client calls to explain implementations and outcomes; collaborate with account managers and internal teams to meet client goals and quality standards; and juggle multiple projects across several client accounts. This remote, work-from-home role is based with a Philippines-based team and aligns with US Eastern business hours. The position targets junior-to-mid-level marketers or operations specialists who are comfortable in HubSpot and eager to grow across hubs. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot in at least one hub (Marketing, Operations, or Sales)
- HubSpot certifications are a nice to have
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced software/marketing environment is a strong plus
