Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the Oscar Circulair hub in Rotterdam by directing morning briefings, distributing tasks, and monitoring routes to ensure efficient waste collection and customer service. Coach the team on work methods and behavior, onboard new collectors, and foster a positive, safe culture while resolving minor technical issues independently or escalating larger problems. Manage hub safety, order, and material inventory, coordinating with other hubs and headquarters to improve processes and meet KPIs. This role requires weekend availability and fits within a 12–40 hour week at a fast-growing circular economy scale-up.
