Coordinate on-site operations for Triviar's local experience hubs, managing space maintenance and serving as the primary contact for instructors and vendors. Execute material ordering and inventory tracking independently while leading diverse workshops such as Drink & Paint, jewelry crafting, pottery, and tufting. Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to define local offerings and ensure smooth event execution. This role blends organizational leadership with active teaching in a creative, startup-style environment within Germany and Austria.
