Job Summary
Conduct approximately three operational shifts daily to ensure smooth hub operations, coaching and motivating a team of roughly 200 Runners alongside the Hub Lead. Coordinate daily processes, manage administrative support, and oversee material and building maintenance. Identify operational challenges and lead pragmatic improvements while welcoming trainees and supporting trainers. Drive initiatives to elevate service quality and safety standards. Requires full-time availability with flexibility across day, evening, and weekend shifts, including Sunday as a fixed day during initial stabilization. Valid B license and fluent Dutch required; English is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- MBO- of HBO diploma in Supply Chain, Logistiek of Hotel & Event Management
- Fulltime beschikbaarheid
- Flexibiliteit in een rooster met dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten
- Zondag als vaste werkdag
- Geldig rijbewijs B
- Vloeiend Nederlands (spreken en schrijven)
- Engels is een pre
