Job Summary
Hub Supervisor in Mobile, AL overseeing a team of order fillers and inventory specialists. Responsibilities include pulling and assembling orders for 30–45 minute delivery windows, coordinating shipping/receiving, maintaining a dispatch log and customer database, investigating damaged merchandise or shortages, riding with drivers to evaluate delivery areas, performing inventory and cycle counts, handling store opening/closing duties, cash handling, stocking and pulling parts, answering phones, maintaining a safe work environment, and informing management of warehouse or delivery issues. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years warehouse experience; English proficiency (Spanish a plus); valid driver’s license and insurance; strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills; knowledge of distribution/transportation; ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced store/warehouse setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years’ warehouse experience or similar discipline
- Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to learn the delivery area to coordinate drivers’ deliveries
- Knowledge of distribution and transportation industry
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable transportation to get to work
