Job Summary
Hub Supervisor in Lachine, QC for UPS part-time/permanent role. Supervises Package Handlers, trains and develops workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance; sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety; provides leadership and cultivates relationships across levels of the organization; responsibilities include ensuring safety policy compliance, managing resources for maximum output and efficiency, implementing development plans, and delivering orientation and coaching for ongoing personnel growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs
- Bilingualism required: French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Shift hours and availability: Monday to Friday; 5 days per week; 17:00 to 23:00; minimum 25 hours per week
