Job Summary
Hub Relations Coordinator responsibilities include performing patient enrollment and benefits coordination, financial assistance assessment, and insurance verification to arrange delivery, providing patient care support and triaging to a pharmacist when required, placing outbound calls to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, documenting information per procedures, escalating as needed, researching information, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring safety and compliance; the role collaborates across management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance, and engineering, and requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), a Pharmacy Technician license or in-training status in Idaho, and strong customer service and communication skills while working in rotating or fixed shifts onsite in Boise, with health benefits and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in the state of Idaho, registered with Idaho Board of Pharmacy, or eligible to obtain it
- Customer service or inbound call center experience (1-2+ years)
- Appropriate industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software
- Passion for providing top-notch patient care
