HUB / Pharma Account Manager

Job Summary
Manage, maintain, and grow the current HUB customer base by building relationships with program managers and eServices teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prioritize handling inquiries and resolving technical, service, and customer objections while monitoring SeeQer volume to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Schedule recurring conference calls and proactively problem-solve for customers within established response timelines, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure prioritization and satisfaction. Execute responsibilities with a customer-first mindset to strengthen client relationships and increase engagement and volume.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of prior account management experience
- Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations
- This is not a remote position
- Up to 20% Travel Requirement
- During the initial onboarding and training period (approximately 1–2 months), employees are expected to work onsite four (4) days per week
- Upon successful completion of training, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model, with employees expected to work onsite 2–3 days per week, including a minimum of two (2) days each week for in-person collaboration
- Demonstrated prior account management experience with the ability to develop relationships and grow business within an assigned territory
- High sense of urgency combined with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to analyze and manage large data sets in various formats
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
