Job Summary
Hub Manager will oversee daily operations of a store with over $10M in annual revenues, lead staff to achieve sales and budget targets, ensure health and safety compliance, manage employee lifecycle from hiring to development, drive in-store merchandising and pricing strategies, develop tools to analyze business status, and maintain accurate documentation and financial controls while fostering open communication and accountable leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a Management or Leadership role, preferably within heavy equipment rental, construction, home improvement, or related industries
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree (preferred)
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and in-store merchandising
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
