Job Summary
Lead a team of 20 to 25 couriers and 5 to 10 team leaders, coaching and motivating them to ensure smooth delivery operations from package receipt to customer handover. Manage daily scheduling and rosters while serving as the primary contact for runners and team leads regarding pay, leave, and contracts. Drive operational improvements by identifying efficiency gains, enhancing safety, and optimizing the delivery process. Improve hub KPIs through targeted projects and foster collaboration between the Hub and central Picnic teams. Requires full-time availability, a valid driver's license, and 0 to 3 years of leadership experience.
