Job Summary
Lead a team of 20–25 couriers and 5–10 team leaders, managing daily operations from order intake to final delivery. Develop rosters and serve as the primary contact for staff regarding pay, leave, and contracts. Drive process improvements to enhance hub KPIs, operational efficiency, and safety while fostering collaboration between the hub and central teams. Identify ideas to optimize the delivery operation and support customer service. Requires B license, fluent Dutch and English, and full-time availability. Full-time role with lunch, snacks, and fruit provided on-site.
