Job Summary
Lead your team and own the operational flow of the hub, ensuring picking, packing, and delivery run efficiently to meet customer expectations. Manage scheduling for full coverage, recruit and train new staff, and take full responsibility for safety, compliance, and food hygiene standards. Coach your leadership team, including shift leads and associates, while personally engaging in inbounding, picking, and packing tasks. Report directly to the City Manager and drive performance against KPIs to guarantee on-time, perfect delivery. Available for full-time work with a starting gross salary of 38,000–42,000 EUR annually.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational role, with a focus on process optimisation and team management
- Experience managing a team, with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
- Data-driven and understand how to translate KPIs into concrete processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and efficiency is key
- Believe that success is a team effort and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Hands-on and picking, packing, and inbounding aren't beneath you
- Fluent in English
- Available to work full-time
