Job Summary
Own the operational flow of your hub by keeping picking, packing, and delivery running efficiently to customer standards. Take full responsibility for safety, compliance, and food hygiene while leading your team of 7-10 other managers. Recruit, onboard, and train new staff, then manage scheduling to ensure right coverage without operational slips. Lead and coach shift leads and associates, staying hands-on with inbounding and daily tasks. Ensure every order goes out correctly and on time while building a motivated culture where people show up and support each other. Report directly to the City Manager in this full-time role with a base pay of 38,000-42,000 EUR gross annually.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational role, with a focus on process optimisation and team management
- Experience managing a team, with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
- Data-driven and understand how to translate KPIs into concrete processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and efficiency is key
- Believe that success is a team effort and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Hands-on and picking, packing, and inbounding aren't beneath you
- Fluent in English
- Available to work full-time
