Job Summary
Own the operational flow of your hub by keeping picking, packing, and delivery running efficiently to customer standards. Take charge of safety and compliance topics including food hygiene and labour law, while recruiting, onboarding, and training new pickers and riders. Lead and coach your team of shift leads and associates, manage full scheduling for coverage, and stay hands-on with inbounding duties. Ensure every order goes out correctly and on time while building a motivated culture where people show ownership. Report directly to the City Manager to drive performance across the network.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational role, with a focus on process optimisation and team management
- Experience managing a team, with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
- Data-driven and understand how to translate KPIs into concrete processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and efficiency is key
- Believe that success is a team effort and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Fluent in English
- Available to work full-time
