Job Summary
Lead your hub's performance by managing picking, packing, and delivery operations to ensure orders go out correctly and on time. Take charge of safety, compliance, and food hygiene while recruiting, training, and coaching your team of shift leads and associates. Manage full scheduling coverage and stay hands-on with inbounding duties to maintain operational standards. Report directly to the City Manager and drive efficiency through data-driven KPI management. Available full-time with a base salary of 38,000–42,000 EUR gross annually.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational role, with a focus on process optimisation and team management
- Experience managing a team, with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
- Data-driven and understand how to translate KPIs into concrete processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and efficiency is key
- Believe that success is a team effort and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Hands-on and picking, packing, and inbounding aren't beneath you
- Fluent in English
- Available to work full-time
