Job Summary
Hub Manager (m/f/d) at Flink responsible for hub performance, leading the team, and owning the hub’s operations from picking to delivery. You’ll drive KPI achievement, oversee safety and compliance (food hygiene, labor law, safety), recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure on-time, accurate customer orders. You’ll coach the Hub leadership team, report to the City Manager, and contribute to a culture of ownership and operational excellence while being hands-on with daily picking, packing, and inbounding activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational role, with a focus on process optimization and team management
- Experience managing a team with coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus
- Available to work full-time
- Hands-on and comfortable with picking, packing, and inbounding as part of day-to-day duties
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and efficiency is key
