Job Summary
Manage hub performance by leading your team, owning operations, and ensuring every order goes out on time and in perfect condition. Take charge of safety, compliance, and customer experience while recruiting, training, and coaching shift leads and associates. You handle scheduling to maintain coverage, optimize picking and delivery flow, and stay hands-on with inbounding, picking, and packing. Report to the City Manager with 7-10 other Hub Managers. Available full-time with a base salary of 38,000-42,000 EUR gross annually, plus quarterly bonuses and a 10% grocery discount.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational role, with a focus on process optimisation and team management
- Experience managing a team, with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback
- Data-driven and understand how to translate KPIs into concrete processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and efficiency is key
- Believe that success is a team effort and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Fluent in English
