Hub Leader/Property Manager

Rent storage units, investigate and resolve tenant complaints, and manage facility cleaning and upkeep. Conduct property walk-throughs and perform cleanups while making collection calls for the locations. Handle any other assigned tasks as needed. This role requires sales skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and the capacity to maintain positive relationships with colleagues. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with basic computer knowledge helpful. No previous experience is necessary; the ideal candidate can build rapport with tenants, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
