Job Summary
Lead warehouse worker for Cosentino's 1st Shift HUB in Hampton, VA. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, moving products with forklift or overhead crane, preparing metal A-frame returns and wooden A-frames for LTL shipments, organizing and staging finished products for shipping, and ensuring efficient distribution of Cosentino products. Must follow SOPs and JSAs, participate in quality control by inspecting incoming/outgoing products for damages, and maintain a safe work area compliant with Health and Safety procedures. Collaborates with Manufacturing, Production, and Distribution teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- 2+ years of experience with warehouse equipment (crane, overhead crane, forklift, etc)
- High School Diploma/GED
