Hub Driver (Class A)

Hub Driver (Class A) responsibilities include operating a tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining required records, and ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials. The role requires adherence to FMCSA requirements, security of equipment and cargo, use of in-cab technology and logs, potential over-the-road assignments, loading/unloading dock duties, and professional customer service. Must possess a valid Class A CDL, be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse, be within 75 miles of the domiciled terminal, and meet weight and safety requirements (HazMat, Tanker, Doubles endorsements). Candidates should be able to operate in diverse terrains and weather conditions, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, meet English language requirements, and be capable of lifting 70 lbs and performing other physically demanding tasks. Regular attendance and the ability to work independently or in a team, with some periods of high workload, are expected.
