HUB Coordinator – Koren Speaking

Coordinate and manage assigned Principal's ship agency operational requirements and voyage management activities, ensuring voyage orders and port call appointments are received and accurately registered in GAC Ship. Promptly notify team leaders of discrepancies during vessel operations and verify the accuracy of Statements of Facts entries. Review and approve Proforma Disbursement Accounts, manage fund requests, and oversee payment processing while monitoring vessel operations for smooth execution. Investigate, document, and report Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental incidents per company procedures. Requires 1-2 years in shipping operations, Korean speaking, and MS Office skills. Based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, this role supports the Hub Operations team with miscellaneous duties as needed.
