Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision to Hub Clinicians and deliver brief clinical services to students and families via in-person and telehealth modalities. Conduct weekly supervision meetings, edit and approve clinical reports, and facilitate staff growth while liaising with school personnel. Ensure quality service delivery through screening, brief interventions, treatment referrals, and community advocacy. Work flexible before, during, and after school hours. Requires an LCSW or LPC license, five years of clinical experience, and a valid New Jersey driver's license. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Experience completing assessments
- Experience providing brief individualized clinical interventions to youth and families
- Valid New Jersey driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Vehicle availability
- 5 years of clinical experience
Desired Qualifications
- A training in Motivational Interviewing
- Supervisory experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
